"Erzulie" Like the issue before, this issue takes its title from an entity of Voudun mythology, in this case Erzulie Freda. As the mysteries of the series start to become clearer, the name Erzulie is mentioned in connection with the character herself although she usually just goes by Freda and while Voodoo makes forays into studying her namesake it does not seem she makes the connection between the names in the books she reads and the names of the strange individuals she has met since arriving in New Orleans yet.
